PFSPOA Roads
The PFSPOA road system is comprised of 13.5 miles of roads, taking up a significant part of our reserve spending each year. In 2022 a complete evaluation of roads yielded a comprehensive plan to make repairs over 2023-24 to bring roads into an acceptable state. The charts below show repairs completed and planned in 2025 and 2024.
Going forward, the board wants to make road maintenance a collaborative project with property owners. If you see roads in need of repair, complete our new “Repair Request Form” by clicking below. Submit the location and include a photo for review. Repairs will be made in-house or by our commercial repair company, depending on the severity of the area and funds available.
