The Board
The board of directors for Penn Forest Streams Property Owners Association (PFSPOA) consists of community members in good standing who volunteer their time to make sure the community runs efficiently, effectively, and in the best interest of all members.
The board of directors is made up of twelve property owners who are elected to a three year term at the annual meeting of the property owners held on a Saturday in July. Board members volunteer their time and services without compensation. Four of the board members are elected to serve as executive officers for the association. The executive officers are president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. The elected board members are recognized as directors on the board and may be assigned to manage a department in addition to serving on various committees which provide the community services and amenities. |
