Access cards for all PFS facilities are available at the office. The clubhouse is open to members from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

2025 Annual Meeting Board Election Results
The following officers were elected to the Board of Directors for a one year term.

Motions passed:
Statement on Property Sales in Accordance with Association BylawsIn accordance with Article VI, Section 6.3 of the Penn Forest Streams Property Owners Association By-Laws, no real property owned by the Association may be sold, transferred, or otherwise encumbered without the affirmative vote of a majority of the members in good standing voting in person at an annual or special meeting called for that purpose. As such, any proposed sale of Association-owned property must be presented to the membership and approved by majority vote at a duly convened meeting of the members.

As such, any proposed sale of Association-owned property must be presented to the membership and approved by majority vote at a duly convened meeting of the members.

That the Penn Forest Streams Property Owners Association members approve the sale of parcel 50C-51-J698, located on Autumn Lane, at fair market value. The Board of Directors, or a designated officer, is authorized to determine the method of sale (e.g., public listing, auction, or direct sale) and to execute all necessary documents related to the transaction. Proceeds shall be allocated to the reserves. This sale serves the Association’s best interests by reducing maintenance costs, removing liability, and/or increasing reserves. - Motion 2: by Rob, Adam second
That the Penn Forest Streams Property Owners Association members approve the sale of parcel 50C-51-G554, located at the intersection of Drakes Drive and Cross Run, at fair market value. The Boaard of Directors, or a designated officer, is authorized to determine the method of sale (e.g., public listing, auction, or direct sale) and to execute all necessary documents related to the transaction. Proceeds shall be allocated to the reserves. This sale supports the Association’s interests by reducting maintenance costs, removing liability, and/or increasing reserves.
